Item Inspection Upon Delivery

We ask that you inspect your order as soon as it is received. If you notice any damage or defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only — we do not offer refunds. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The original packaging must be intact and in the same condition as when you received it. Items returned in damaged, altered, or incomplete packaging will not be accepted for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Non-Eligible Items

Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or are missing original packaging will not be accepted for exchange.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.
